Assignments.. assignments!!

Assignments has been up to my neck recently although I've finished most of it before April. Most of us now who are in the 2nd last month of the end of the semester are like walking "zombies" in the seminary. During the chapel service... some of us sleep, reading the assignments or just wondered off somewhere else in the mind but the body is in the service. well... i guess this always happens in any academic institutions! and i'm not that far off either....

This semester i have a total of 5 assignments to complete, to name them:

  1. Introduction of the book of Galatians.
  2. The letters Paul wrote to Corinth.
  3. What is a Parable and why Jesus use parables to teach?
  4. Deuteronomistic History and its applications for church.
  5. An Ancient Near East Civilization (Egypt) and its impact to the Old Testament.
The first 3 are from the NT class and i have already completed it... now soon to complete the Deuteronomistic History and move on to the last assignment as soon as possible so that i have time to revise on my subjects before the exam comes!! Stressed... stressed....

God's Agape Love!

Have you ever take time just to be alone, walk and appreciate the beauty of God's creation?
Have you ever notice the perfectness of God's creation?
Have you ever notice how God clothes the lilies and provided for his creations?
Have you ever notice God's creation working the way they are created to do?
Have you ever take a deep breath and inhale the goodness of God?
Have you ever felt that God is always watching you?
Have you ever feel that you are insignificant but God loves you anyway?

There are time where most people will fill their heart with pressures of the world today and forget who, whom they are in the eyes of God. We are his creation and we are made to have fellowship with Him. He calls us his children and willingly send His Son to suffer death in our place to redeem us from the slavery of Sin. We sometimes feel insignificant and unworthy of God's agape love! but He still love us. All we need to do is to accept His sacrifice of Love on the cross! The grace are given to us! As we look at the old rugged cross where Jesus bore our sins to redeem us back to our Father in heaven, let us remember his love for us in this season of Lent.
