Siem Reap - Angkor Wat (Part 1)

Last week end a time for a vacation with my family! booked flight and room since Dec 2007.. and have to leave early in the morning at 4am to LCCT.. the week before that was quite rush! have to arrange the things at work just before i leave for my vacation! some more saturday was the Malaysia Election..

The night before was packing and also just listening to the results of the election on TV.. haha.. until couldn't tahan so went to bead cause have to wake up middle of the night to get to LCCT!

DAY 1 (9th March 2008)

Tell.. you can't travel to the lake with just Tuk Tuk! so we got a boat to take us out!

I've been walking the whole day in the archaelogical site! so if any of you want to visit make sure you are in a good walking condition! Actually there are more places that we did not visit! just visit the famous sites!

End of part one!

Oh my phone!!!

I've been waiting for a long time for the phone to be released in Malaysia....

since its first announced on June 2007.. and the phone was released on December 2007 but it was not released in Malaysia! so i've waited.. and at last the phone was first found in the Lelong.com in January 2008 and it was not officially released in malaysia until February! whoa.. have to wait some more!

since i've waited so long! the passion to buy this phone have become cold! so i decided to invest on a new speaker! a 5.1 speaker surround!

Once i got back home! i installed it to my computer right away and played a DVD to test power! i played some songs also! Then... the main attraction!! C&C 3.. nice surround! with voices coming from the rear! since then i continue to play C&C till late night! haha.... eh! i'm supose to talk about my phone right?

so one fine day! after the CNY holidays... after all the makan and all the drinking! my faithful Nokia N71 which i've been using for the last 2 years died on me! serious it really died! the LCD screen went berserk! kept blinking until the display went blank! so when i receive SMS i could not read! is this a sign? what should i do? so i immediately set to divert on my other sim card and changed the sim card so if there is a call i could answer it on my Nokia 6300! so i need to just change the sim between phone to call and i could not read the sms cause its save into the N71.. so how? what else.. leave it at home and connect to computer via USB and read the sms thru the PC suite lor! what else can i do?

And the tought of getting the long awaited phone finally came back! but there are not enough $$ in my bank for that because of my new speaker! so i have to wait till my next pay come with more $$ lol!

Monday afternoon on the 3rd March! i got my $$$ and after work went over to my friend's shop who are selling Hand phones.. asked him for the price of the phone that i longed for.. and the price he gave was reasonable! so i place the order for the phone... and that have to wait for another two days for the stock to arrive!

Finally!! it arrived on Wednesday 5th march in the evening!! oh my phone! got out my house... went to the shop, pay and collect my phone! and the time comes for me to unbox it the pleasure and the heart stomping moments! cheng cheng cheng.... drum rolls please!

So i've been using this phone for a day now! still getting use to the new interface Symbian UIQ 3! not really like the other Sony Ericssons that i've used before! well.. its a good model! CC told me that this interface is somewhat the same as the blackberry! well.. i din use blackberry before so i do not know! so there is it my Phone!! haha...

Chinese New Year 2008

What is happening here during Chinese New Year? the year of the rat! of all the animals there is a year of the rat! well... all CNY is the same for me! its just about food all the way! and always during this time of the year i sure will gain a couple more weight! haha...

went back to Bentong on the eve of CNY and have the reunion dinner in bentong! and this is the first time i think i have it in bentong with my grandparents and my uncles and aunty here...

Next morning went to church for a CNY firstday service.. this is the first time i joined the service cause most of the time during chinese new year i go back bentong in the afternoon on the first day or second day only go back!

The Church was very nice decorated! very CNY feel!

after Church.. went back to prepare for the arrival of visitors to visit my grandparents.. as well as getting angpows! haha... in the afternoon went to visit my grand uncles and aunties around bentong! very fast evening comes and it is time for dinner again!

Dinner time again

Another Lou Sang! since i go back to Bentong for 3 nights in a row... there is Lou Sang! and always dinner sure eat and keep eating! Chinese new year is about food!

After about 3 days in Pahang... finally go back to subang! and more visits! and time to visit my babysitter who babysit me when i was young! haha,... and another dinner followed! and another lou sang again! this time my babysitter's son buy us.. me and my family to a high class restaurant! in PJ.

This is an expensive set meal for CNY! it costs RM1388 for this meal! really i rather buy a handphone then eating it! lol!

This year's CNY is a rush! there are a lot of relatives and friends to visit! and when angpow is given there is always a same question that follows! so its not easy to get the angpows this time!

A trip to Port Dickson

last thursday 10th January was a public holiday for malaysia.. and the oppurtunity arises when Kelly messaged me on the last week of December 07 and ask to go to PD just to relax and enjoy!
well.. woke up early on thursday and prepare myself for a drive to PD with Kelly and Joshua who a wil be going with me... left Subang about 8.30am and reached PD about 10am.. i used another road to PD.. via KLIA and Sepang.. before long.. i find myself driving on the road of Lukut.. and i found it nearer..

so when we reached to the beach... straigth away we went into the water... i went in deeper and kelly was afraid to come in close why?? find out for yourself! lol.

so what else did we do at the beach?

Since she is playing there... Jos and i help along!!

Luch at KFC PD!!

After lunch at KFC.. which is freaking cold.. cause we went in for lunch with wet cloths.. yes! wet.. i guess u can imagine why it was wet!! went for a walk at the nearby shopping complex.. which is the one and only shopping complex in PD.. like what Kelly say.. what do the people in PD do with only one shopping mall? well... we just walk around... after that we went back to a nearby beach! taking pictures and catching crabs!

This is the highest i could jump and kelly can't get the timing right to capture me in the air!

So had a good time there... just playing, relaxing and taking pictures! left PD at about 5pm and reached home about 7pm! was so sleepy after that.. i went straigth to bed after shower! haha....
