Finally the Letter

After anxiously waited for the letter to come to my doorsteps! it arrived today, after Pastor called me up stating he received the cc copy of the letter while i was at work! After work today, i open the letter box and found the letter. Joy filled my heart as i opened the letter! The admission letter for the first semester.

i remember the time i rededicated my life to Him. I commit myself that i would serve Him faithfully. From being a normal member of the Youth Fellowship to an Advisor and serving in various ministries in the church. God have laid the burden in my heart as i serve Him. as the years goes by... He planted and mold me into His full time ministry.

When i've got the confirmation from my church and my family for Fulltime. i prayed to Him that he will show me the way and His plan for me. By faith i requested for the application form and filled in the details. When i went for the interview i was afraid of what to say and there was an ENglish Test as well. I just praise God that He path my way until now.

Next year, i'll be moving to Seremban and there i will spend 4 years studying and serving. May God continue to bless me and be with me throughout my studies there!

GMSJ family camp 2008

After 2 years.. this year the family camp once again held in Awana gentings! it is not very cold there.. but at night its comfortable lar! went up to Awana on the 29th aug, friday! and came back on the 31st aug! so i have another holiday on monday cause the merdeka holiday on the sunday!

the speaker this year is Bro. Tan Meng Poo Director of RBC (Normally its known for the daily bread) haha... the Theme this year is 'Close to Thee' Bro. Tan uses the scripture from Deuteronomy 6 as his sharing! first talk he shared about 'Fear God'. how are we to fear God. second talk he shared about 'growing in the love of God'. the third talk is about 'growing in worship of God'. a very encouraging talk..

In the hotel room we have to squeeze in 5 people while the rest of the rooms only 4 people.. haiya.. i slept together with SH.. on the same bed while he sleeps 2/3 of the bed i only have to suffer with 1/3 of it! haha.. still no complains lar.. the rest of the room mate complained about the ochestra SH and i are making in the night! cool! hehe...

the 2 nights we are there... we had a good time.. fellowshipping and playin Big 2! and i lost most of the game! hehe.. FF came and told us to sleep for 3 times on the first night and claming we are very noisy! haha.. on the second night we have a good view of the fire works on the peak of gentings! actually not very visable cause most of the smoke already cover the view!

The camp ended on sunday at 11am! i was back in subang at about 1pm! and we went to eat sushi in subang parade! haha..at night the family and i celebrated my grandpa's 90th birthday with all my relative back and we celebrated together.

My Mission trip to Taiwan

Its been a while since the last time i came in and blogged! well this time i'll blog on my mission trip to Taiwan!

God gave a good encouragement and teaching while i'm in Taiwan and have made a lot of friends there.. i took all my annual leave from my office just to attend this outreach. It began with a mission conference and then after the conference there are outreach to different parts of Asia. This time i did not just attend the conference and help out there like the conference i have attended last year!

there are all together i spend 10 days there in Taiwan together with my team. After the conference i pack all my stuffs and head to the KLIA to take the flight to Taiwan. First time in my life that i can remember i took a 747 airplane.. whoa.. i acted so kampung in the plane! even my team mate laughed at me... come on! all the time i just take the airasia ok! there is a LCD and there are a controller there... can choose movie to watch.. got games... and during the whole 4 hours of flight i was watching movie.

When i reach the Taiwan airport.. everything was in chinese and english! after collecting the luggage the team and the announcement board just cought our attention.. it was written a lof of flights are cancelled due to the Typhoon. Thank God we landed safely and i was greeted by Lesley, she recognised me from the Conference t-shirt that i'm wearing!

I stayed in the church in Baifu, Keelong.. and i have ministries everyday. one thing that i experienced in Taiwan are the OPEN AIR Evangelism.. there is no chance to experience this in Malaysia.. I preached about the Gospel in the park and people who are there are like looking at me.. so i thank God for this experience and also there are a lot of people interested to know more as well.. praise God.

One the day off.. Lesley brought my team and i to Taipei walk around.. went to the Taipei 101! taller than malaysia twin tower! went to a shopping street call the west gate.. went to the memorial of the leader of Kao Ming Tang, Chiang Kai Shek. Then we went to the west part of northen Taiwan known as Danshui. So we travelled from the east part which is Keelong to the west Danshui!

Have been encouraged alot by the youth in the church and also missed the food there in Taiwan. if i have chance i'll go back to Taiwan to have a reunion with the people there and also... the foods! haha...

will be uploading the pictures later.. so stay tune! lol

My Mobile Phones......

Someone asked me "Hey! change handphone again arh? How many handphones have u changed? its like changing clothes lar you" hahaha... well.. actually i also do not know how many mobile phones that i have change.. so i reflect back into my memories and search for the memories that i have on the handphone that i have changed so far!

My first phone! the motorola... how long ago that i use this phone? i think in 1997 after my form 5 i've got to use this phone and i remember that i'm using a 013 TMtouch line that time.. after that i changed to another motorola with a flip to cover the number pad! that is my second (i cannot find the picture of that phone in the net... do not even know the model number)

Next i've used is the Ericsson phone! totally old rite? haha... when i'm using this phone i was most probably in my college time! haha....

The next Ericsson T28 that i bought! haha... its the phone during that time.. although the antenna loook so bulky! My first nokia phone! haha.... and this phone i bought my own line the 012.. which still existed till now! i've used this phone for about 3 years! and after that the trend started changing.. the mobile phones evolved from just a phone to camera and with colors! and polytones started coming in!
So after that i got myself a SAMSUNG phone... believe me.. this is a nice phone! and i've used it for long time also.. maybe about 3 years also! not so sure! i was using this phone when i was working in the church i think!

After the samsung! i trade it in to get the Sonyericsson K750i... still working as an administrator in the church when i change to K750i

I did not buy this phone actually the Nokia 6230 ... it was given to me to use when i enter to work with DiGi as Marketing officer..

As i worked in DiGi at prepaid Solution.. thats when i bought this PDA phone by Dopod! actually i regretted buying this phone.. cause the processor for this PDA phone really slow and it lack the whole phone!

After when 3G started to grow in Malaysia... i bought this nokia N71... a rather large phone to use.. and i've use this for a bout 2 years together with the K750 and 6230.. because of the nature of my work in telecommunication i was asked to carry more phone sometimes i need to test out new numbers from DiGi.. then i gave Nokia 6230 to my sister to use.. and its still around now! haha....

It is when... the K750i got stolen... i got this phone.. the nokia 6300.. a good slim phone somewhat the same as the sony ericsson w880 but this is heavier! i like this phone and mostly use it for work and also going online using DiGi's EDGE since its free for me! hehe...

Used this phone for a while the K550i den i sold it off to my collegue... haha... to make way for my current phone!!!

There it is... the latest phone that i'm using now! another cool phone! haha.... i really love Sony Ericsson phone! maybe there is more phones to come in the future! haha.. who knows..

the cronology of my phones:

1. Motorola - ?

2. Motorola - ?

3. Ericsson - ?

4. Ericsson T27 - Spoiled and thrown away

5. Nokia 6230 - Given to my sister to use

6. Samsung V200 - Trade in for Sony Ericsson K750

7. Sony Ericsson K750i - Stolen / lost

8. Nokia 6230 - Given to my sister to use
